Club Membership
Annual Membership Dues ($300), Family ($500):
Membership runs from July 1st to June 30th.
Dues are prorated at six months. Those joining after
December 31st pay $150 for membership through the end of
June.

One Time Initiation Fee ($200):
There is a one time $200 initiation fee due with
membership application.
Schleicher Ka7 Rental ($100):
There is a $100 annual glider rental fee.
Schleicher Ka6CR Rental:
1-30 minutes = $5
31-60 minutes = $10
SSA Dues ($64):
All members must also be SSA (Soaring Society of America)
members. The dues are collected by our club so make checks payable to East Carolina
Soaring Club, Inc. The club summits these dues to the SSA.
Glider Tow Fees:
1 - 1,500' = $22
1,501 - 2,000' = $27
2,001 - 3,000' = $37
1,500' Non-member Guest Tow = $50
All tow charges are due at the end of the day. Pay by cash
or check.

Membership Duties:
In addition to membership dues, all club members are
required to help out with ground crew duties such as:
Glider assembly/disassembly, refreshments, flight log,
wing running, tow rope staging, cart and grounds
cleanup...
